I originally brought a BMW X1, went down spent 40 odd minutes looking at the car and signed on the day. They were kind enough to deliver it to me 50 miles away.
But I just couldn't get on with it, nothing at all to do with the car just me. I contacted them and they were really understanding about it, they allowed me to swap the car, did all the leg work with the finance company and delivered it to me.
They really went the extra mile and I can't thank them enough. Thanks Guys

Fort Southwick Cars had an variety of vehicles and once I had selected one they 'bent over backwards' to ensure it had a new MOT and a full service ready for collection within 24hrs. travelled from Isle of Wight to purchase a 7 seater that you had for sale. Looked it over at for a good 20 mins before deciding it wasn't for me! (I am fussy!) As waiting for Uber to come an collect us at the entrance the guy who worked there offered myself and partner and brother in law a lift down to the trainstation and I am so greatful with how thoughtful he was! me being 7 months pregnant stood on the roadside in the rain I was extremely greatful for this very kind gesture.

I found a beautiful Astra for sale here, I wasn't able to view personally but after a long, honest phone conversation with Daryl I expressed my desire to purchase and he immediately took it off sales, we agreed a delivery date (just so happened to be my birthday) the car arrived, clean and pretty much as seen in photos, there were a couple of things that needed sorting with the car, some I was already aware of and a couple that rocked up after a week or two of driving around, Daryl was more than happy to rectify any problems and we had it all sorted, Daryl has been helpful, honest, cheerful and friendly no matter how many times I'd contact him with questions etc, I feel I bought my car from a great dealer and would definitely recommend fort southwick cars to any buyer, I will definitely look to buy from Daryl and his team again. :)
